The Philosophy
I believe that organization doesn’t have to feel rigid, overwhelming or perfect to be powerful. It can be gentle, flexible and designed to support your real life – the messy seasons included.
I help people organize their spaces, their lives and their small businesses in ways that feel calm, intentional and thoughtful. Whether that is simplifying your home, creating planning systems that actually work for your energy or building a WordPress site that supports your goals instead of stressing you out, my approach is always to be rooted in clarity and care.
This is a space for thoughtful planning and practical support to help you feel more at home in your spaces and more confident in the way you work.

The Journey
A Timeline of Where This All Started
1997
Launched My First Business
Started a typing services from home with nothing but a laptop and the stubborness I inherited from my Dad. Made every mistake possible-and learned more in year one than any classroom could have taught me.
1998
Quit my Day Job
After two years, I decided to leave my job after an after school mix-up that saw my 5 year old go home instead of daycare! The decision came easily.
1999
Started my Virtual Assistant Business
I launched my Virtual Assistant business called Chongvassistant.com – a play on my married name of Chongva. Had my website designed.
2000
Learned Web Design
I wanted more control of my website and learned Dreamweaver. Then I found WordPress in 2005 and set off on my website building journey!
2014
My first grandson!
My first grandchild was born and I was juggling a small business, an attempt to go back to school to study marketing and then caring for my grandson to help my daughter.
2026
Life Changes
I took time off to look after my grandkids and I’ll be reIaunching my VA business soon. I created HomeandOrder.ca to share helpful tips + tricks for organizing, planning and home making that I’ve learned as a Mum + Mimi!
