Blooming Potatoes
Tasty potatoes baked in the air fryer
Equipment
- 1 Air Fryer
Ingredients
- 6 each Russet or Yukon Gold potatoes
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 380 degrees
- Wash potatoes and then slice lengthwise, down to 1/4 inch from the bottom of the potato.
- Now cut the potato cross-wise down to 1/4 inch from the bottom of the potato.
- Place in the air fryer and brush olive oil onto potatoes. Season with paprika, garlic powder and onion powder.
- Bake for 35 minutes or until fork tender.
- Garnish with cheddar cheese, green onions, sour cream and bacon bits.
- Enjoy!
