Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375F. Line a muffin tin with silicone liners/paper liners (12 servings)
In mixer bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Make a well in the centre of the bowl.
In a small bowl/measuring cup combine eggs, milk and melted butter.
Add egg mixture all at once to flour mixture. Stir until just moistened (batter should be lumpy). Fold in the berries.
Spoon into muffin cups, filling until full.
Bake 18-25 minutes or until golden brown. Let muffins cool in the muffin tin, on a wire rack for 5 minutes. Remove from cups and serve warm.
